Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 14 MAR 2023 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to 
approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the minutes were 
approved.

AR review:


New ARs:


Discussion:
a.  The Parser Contract for IBISCHK V720 is in Signature Process. Atul has
    signed the contract. We are now waiting for SAE ITC (Brian).
b.	Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI – Weston Beal will investigate 
    further and possibly propose two messages, one for static library, one for
	dynamic library. We are waiting for a response from Atul.
c.	Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion (continuation).
    No work this week on this topic. Michael Schader plans to review existing 
	models he has to see if there are additional issues to add to the 
	checklist. Weston will work on integrating the ideas from the IBIS summit 
	presentation into the working document. Weston will plan to present the 
	work at the IEEE SPI IBIS summit in May to see if there is more input from 
	other attendees.

Randy mentioned that BUG227 (root name checking) is removed from the parser 
development contract. There is some ongoing discussion in the ATM task group 
to add some syntax or other technique to check this requirement.
